Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This policy explains what data Sabagram collects on this website (www.sabagram.com.br), what it is used for, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
Who is the controller
The controller of the data processed on this website is Sabagram, a marble and granite company headquartered in Mimoso do Sul (ES, Brazil), with branches in Porto Alegre (RS) and Manaus (AM).
For any matter regarding your personal data, write to comercial@sabagram.com.br.
Data we collect
Data you give us: when you request a quote through the form (name, WhatsApp, company, city and materials of interest), when you talk to our sales team by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail, and when you sign up for Stock Online (the system at stock.sabagram.com.br, which has its own registration).
Browsing data: pages visited, buttons clicked, language, device type, approximate IP address and the source of the visit (for example, the ad or the search that brought you here, through parameters such as utm and gclid). This data is collected through cookies and similar identifiers, described below.
What we use the data for
To reply to your quote request and continue the sales conversation through the nearest branch.
To measure the performance of the website and of our ad campaigns: which pages and ads lead to contact, how many people request a quote or start a WhatsApp conversation, and to improve the website based on that.
To show Sabagram ads to people who have already shown interest (remarketing) and to audiences similar to our customers, on Google and Meta platforms.
The legal basis is Sabagram's legitimate interest in serving and prospecting customers in the trade and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual steps at your request.
Cookies and measurement tools
We use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement tools, Google Analytics 4 for website usage statistics, and Google Ads tags to measure conversions and build ad audiences. These tools set cookies in your browser (such as _ga and _gcl_aw) that identify the browser, not the person, and make it possible to link a visit to a click on an ad.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website keeps working without cookies — we simply stop counting your visit.
Contact data sent to Google
When you submit the quote form, the phone number and name you provide may be sent to Google Ads in encrypted (hashed) form, through the enhanced conversions feature, so that Google can recognize that an ad led to a contact. Google does not receive the readable data and uses it only for that measurement.
Sabagram may also send Google and Meta lists of customer and registered-user contacts (e-mail and phone, always hashed) to show ads to those people or to similar audiences. If you do not want to be part of those lists, write to the e-mail address above.
Who we share data with
Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager) and Meta, for the measurement and advertising purposes described above; website hosting, database and e-mail delivery providers, which store data on our behalf under contract; and the sales teams at Sabagram's branches.
Some of these providers are located outside Brazil (United States), which involves an international data transfer carried out with the safeguards provided for in the LGPD. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
Quote requests and sales contacts: for as long as our relationship with you lasts, or until you ask for deletion. Measurement data in Google Analytics: for the retention period configured in the tool, up to 14 months, plus aggregated reports that do not identify individuals.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may: confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion; request portability; know who we share it with; and withdraw consent when consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to comercial@sabagram.com.br. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the tools we use. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
